About Orange Moon

Orange Moon is a leading provider of night chaperone services. We aim to hire qualified workers as Night Monitors to provide curfew watch and monitor student groups traveling on tours, offering opportunities for extra income near their locations. 

When customers request chaperone services, you have two ways to claim an assignment:

1. Request an Assignment: Browse available assignments in your Orange Moon account and select the ones you want to work.
2. Receive a Work Request: Admin may send you a direct work request.

Here’s How it Works:

1. Service Request: When a customer requests service, all monitors with matching availability will see available assignments in their Orange Moon account.
2. Request or Accept the Assignment: Claim the assignment you’re interested in.
3. Work the Assignment and Get Paid: Assignments are first-come, first-served, so act quickly!

Night Monitors work at various customer-chosen hotels in their designated areas. Assignments typically range from 4 to 12 hours, and extended shifts can be shared among available monitors.

Example Assignment Hours:

• 9:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
• 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
• 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.

We value attitude, seeking individuals who demonstrate positivity, accountability, and proactivity. While experience in childcare, education, security, or customer service is beneficial, it's not mandatory. We encourage candidates from various backgrounds to apply, including military, healthcare, retail, and others. 

Our hiring process is entirely online and designed to be straightforward. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Application: Visit our website and complete the online application form.
2. Review: Our team will review your application promptly.
3. Approval: Upon approval, you’ll receive instructions to proceed with the interviewing process.
4. Onboarding: Complete the required paperwork and training modules.
5. Activation: Once onboarded, set your availability in your Orange Moon account.
6. Start Receiving Assignments: You can begin claiming assignments that match your availability.

The quantity of assignments depends on customer demand and monitor availability. You can self-assign by requesting open assignments integrated into your calendar. Admin may also send work requests, taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

You can work up to 35 hours per week, accepting assignments according to your schedule.

There are no mandatory minimum hours or assignments. Update your availability to receive work requests and work as you choose.

•  Inactivity: If you don’t accept work requests for 20 days, you become inactive.
• Account Deactivation: After 45 days of inactivity, your account is deactivated.
• Account Hold: Submit an account-hold request for special circumstances, such as returning to school.
