Our contractors:

• Work overnight assignments
• Accept jobs voluntarily 
• Are paid per assignment
• Submit required electronic reports
• Represent Orange Moon professionally onsite  

All Night Monitors work as 1099 independent contractors, not employees.

This means:

• You choose which assignments to accept
• You are not guaranteed hours
• You are paid per assignment
• You are responsible for your own taxes
• Each accepted assignment is a separate service contract

• Reliability and professionalism
• Comfort working overnight hours
• Ability to follow reporting and safety requirements
• Clear communication
• Comfort working independently

• Assignments are offered through our platform
• You may accept or decline any assignment
• Once accepted, assignments may be canceled up to 48 hours before start time without penalty
• Confirmed assignments within 48 hours are binding commitments
