Orientation Policy

• Orientation is required before working your first shift
• You may reschedule one (1) time only
• Missing your scheduled session without notice may result in:
   
  • delayed activation, or
  •  removal from the onboarding process

During orientation, we will cover:

• Real-life monitoring scenarios
• Expectations during overnight shifts
• Communication with Tour Directors 
• Reporting walkthrough 
• Questions and answers

You are working with Orange Moon as an independent contractor.

You choose your availability and which assignments to accept. Once an assignment is accepted, it becomes a commitment. No-shows, late cancellations, or leaving early may affect your eligibility for future assignments.

Before Your Session

Please make sure you:

• Have completed all previous onboarding steps 
• Join on time 
• Have a working phone or computer 
• Please join from a quiet environment
