COVID POLICY

Night Chaperone Monitor & COVID-19 Risk Monitor Guidelines

  • Self-monitor -complete wellness check in accordance with CDC recommendations.


  • Wash your hands often (optimally every two hours) for at least 20 seconds.  


  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands to reduce the risk of exposure from contaminated surfaces.   


  • If possible, use hand sanitizer (60% alcohol or higher) to disinfect your hands every two hours when on assignment. 


  • Maintain 6 feet and practice social distancing as work duties permit. 


  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick. 


  • Practice good respiratory etiquette, including covering coughs and sneezes.  


  • Wear your face mask at all times. 


  • Wear gloves as needed - change gloves if they become torn or visibly contaminated with blood or body fluids.  


  • After removing PPE, always wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, if available. 


  • Disinfect the chair provided by the hotel before and after using. You can also bring your own sports chair but remember to disinfect it. 


  • Clean your electronics, phones, and other items used during work. 


  • Wash your work uniform when you return home. 


  • Stay home if you are sick, call the office and speak with a Safety Coordinator or Night Auditor immediately. 


Recognize personal risk factors. According to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), certain people, including older adults and those with underlying conditions such as heart or lung disease or diabetes, are at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19.

Orange Moon Pandemic Pledge

If your cancellation meets one of the conditions below, you will receive a Pandemic Cancellation Refund or rebooking:

  • A federal or state authority has issued a travel ban or an order restricting travel to your group's service location.
  • A State or local mandate for your group's service location would ban or restrict travel or require visitors to self-quarantine at the time of arrival.
  • A federal or state authority has issued an order that would require a self-quarantine for your group when they return home from your service location.
