There are two methods for receiving assignments:

After requesting or accepting the assignment, it will appear under "Accepted Requests" and on your "Scheduling Calendar."
You will also receive a text reminder 48 hours before the assignment starts to confirm or decline your availability.
When you accept an assignment, the customer will receive details about you as the designated monitor, ensuring they are informed and prepared for your service.
Yes, you have the flexibility to review the location and hours of each assignment before accepting.
All monitors, whether employees or 1099 contractors, must wear the Orange Moon uniform during assignments.
