When a customer requests service, available assignments automatically appear in your Orange Moon account for any dates and times that match your calendar availability.
To request an assignment:
At times, administrators may contact you directly with available opportunities.
You’ll receive these through both email and SMS/text.
To accept an admin-assigned job:
After requesting or accepting an assignment, it will appear under “Accepted Requests” and on your Scheduling Calendar.
You’ll also receive a text reminder 48 hours before the start time to confirm or decline availability.
When you accept an assignment, the customer automatically receives your profile details so they know who will be covering their group.
Yes — you always have full control.
You can review the location, hours, and group size before accepting any assignment.
Your account preferences and calendar availability help ensure you’re only shown relevant jobs in your selected regions.
All monitors must wear the Orange Moon uniform during every assignment.
This ensures you are easily identifiable to hotel staff and group leaders.
Failure to follow the uniform policy may result in being considered unprepared and can lead to point deductions or reassignment.
If you’re not getting updates about new opportunities:
Assignments are added daily, especially during the peak season — keeping your information up to date ensures you don’t miss available work.
There are no minimum hour requirements with Orange Moon.
You choose when and how often you work — simply set your availability, and the system will show you open assignments that match.
This flexibility allows you to balance personal commitments while earning extra income through evening work.
Whether you take one assignment a month or multiple each week, every shift you complete contributes to our shared mission of keeping students safe while traveling.
